Alopecia is a condition that causes round patches of hair loss, and can lead to total hair loss.

Alopecia areata is a disorder characterized by loss of hair. Sometimes, this means simply a few bare patches on the scalp. In other cases, hair loss is more extensive.

Although the exact cause is not known, this is thought to be an autoimmune disorder in which the immune system, the body's own defense system, mistakenly attacks the hair follicles, the tiny structures from which hairs grow. Hair loss is the only noticeable symptom of this disorder. Hair loss is usually confined to the head and face, although the entire body may be involved.

Causes, incidence, and risk factors
The cause of alopecia areata is unknown. About a fifth of people with this condition have a family history of alopecia.

Alopecia areata is thought to be an autoimmune condition. This occurs when the immune system mistakenly attacks and destroys healthy body tissue.

Alopecia areata is seen in men, women, and children. A major life event such as an illness, pregnancy, or trauma occurs before the hair loss in some, but not most patients

The gunman who killed at least 80 people at an island youth camp northwest of Oslo used his disguise to lure in his victims, then shot them twice to make sure they were dead, survivors said in the village of Sundvollen, taken after the massacre.

"I lost several friends," said Berzingi, whose pants were stained with blood. He said he used the cell phone of one of his fallen friends to call police.

"I saw many dead people," said 15-year old Elise, whose father, Vidar Myhre, didn't want disclose her last name. She just feet away the gunman when he opened fire in the camp on Utoya island.

Elise said she had just come out from an information meeting in a nearby building, she heard gunshots. She saw a police officer and thought she was safe, but then he started shooting.

"He first shot people on the island. Afterward he started shooting people in the water," she said.

The girl phoned her parents, whispering to them what was going on. “They told me not to panic and that everything would be OK." Her parents also told her to get rid of a brightly colored jacket she was wearing to not draw attention to herself.

Police said the man arrested in the shooting is Norwegian and had set off a bomb that killed seven people outside the prime minister's headquarters in Oslo.

A Sundvollen hotel, but the stories they told were of utter terror.
Dana Berzingi said the fake police officer ordered people to come closer, then pulled weapons and ammunition from a bag and started shooting.

Woman rape by army personnel in Kashmir

Woman alleges rape by army personnel in Kashmir

Army's 15 Corps Lt General S A Hasnain on Friday denied the Indian Army's involvement in the alleged rape of a Gujjar woman in south Kashmir. India ready for a Slut Walk?

Is India ready for a Slut Walk?

Indian daughters imbibe from their parents, even in a new India where years of economic boom have thrown up a trendy, affluent youth with a kind of freedom unknown to many of their parents. Dress appropriately, don’t make eye contact with strangers (especially men) and be at home before sunset.

India had its first Slut Walk in Bhopal city in Madhya Pradesh on Sunday to denounce the idea that women entice men and invite trouble with their attire, a belief seemingly held by many Indian judges as well.

The first Slut Walk was initiated by Canadians in April in response to a comment made by a Toronto police official.
“I’ve been told I’m not supposed to say this — however, women should avoid dressing like sluts in order not to be victimised,” said Michael Sanguinetti to a personal safety class at York University.

First Mila Kunis sex

Friends With Benefits : Mila Kunis

Mila Kunis' Sexy Transformation
"Friends With Benefits," the thematic and infinitely superior double of "No Strings Attached," in which Portman co-starred with Ashton Kutcher that First Mila Kunis stole every scene she shared with Natalie Portman bravura ballet drama "Black Swan." Now Kunis steals Portman's thunder.

Watch your back, Natalie. Mila's nipping at your heels like a sexy, smoky-voiced Corgi.

Portman and Kutcher generated zero heat in that tale of sex-buddies who turn out to be soul mates, Kunis and Justin Timberlake fairly set the screen on fire as cynics who agree to use each other for physical gratification - and knows rom-com connoisseurs know better than to buy the friends-only bushwah. But he and co-writers Keith Merryman, David A. Newman and Harley Peyton adroitly address, by making Kunis's character.

A hard-driving media headhunter named Jamie, a savvy consumer of romantic comedy cliches, who is nonetheless powerless to resist their happily-ever-after promises.

The secret to the success of "Friends With Benefits" is that Kunis and Timberlake not only capture the joshing ease of platonic friendship.

Kunis gets the showier role in "Friends With Benefits," Timberlake proves a quietly charming stalking horse, finally claiming and fully spotlight with a hilarious homage to the 1990s rap duo Kriss Kross.

Manhattan atmosphere and believable chemistry in "Friends With Benefits," Gluck almost single-handedly destroys it with cheap-looking cinematography and hyper-active.

If "Friends With Benefits" ultimately succumbs to the very sins it so cleverly deconstructs, it still commits those infractions with a welcome degree of wit and, when it slows down enough, spirited flair.
